Instructions for Visitors:
- Hotel Check-in 12 Noon & Check-out 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability & may be payable as per hotel policy.
- Sightseeing Schedule will be set considering your arrival & departure time.
- All visitors must carry their original Aadhar Card. Foreigners and NRIs are required to present their Passport, OCI, and Visa.
- As outside vehicles are not allowed for SOU sightseeing, visit to SOU Attractions has to be done by SOU Buses (included in package cost).
- Children till 5 years of age are complimentary for Stay & food. However, for 3 to 5 years children, sightseeing tickets and transportation is to be paid separately. In such case, please inform us immediately after booking.
- Any missed components due to any reason, will not be refunded or shifted to the next slot / day.
- SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in attraction, shows, SOU transportation, etc.
- In rare case, if package is not available, we will initiate refund of the respective amount, within 24 Hours of booking.
- Camera charges is not included.
- All sightseeing at SOU / Ekta Nagar / Kevadiya are closed every Monday.
- For foreigners & NRIs: Passport, OCI and Visa are mandatory for check-in. Foreigner Viewing gallery tickets not included in the package.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full amount is refunded if cancelled 07 Days before of your visit date (5% Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges will be deducted).
- Packages booked with Hotel BRG Budget Stay is NON REFUNDABLE.
- No refund if cancelled less than or equal to 07 days to scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation request date & visit date are excluded in days calculation for cancellation.
- Any amendment request will be treated as per cancellation policy.
