• 90% refund if cancelled before 45 days scheduled arrival.
• 80% refund if cancelled more than 30 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days)
• 60% refund if cancelled more than 15 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days)
• No refund if cancelled less than or equal 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• In case of any date change, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged, in addition, rate difference charges if any (subject to availability).
• Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day
• Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
• Cancellation Requests received after 6 PM will be considered on the next working day.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or refund will be processed.
